The Magic of Christmas

Early Christmas morning... smile!

AJ got a new puppy from his sisters.

Aubrey loves to play dress-up. Cinderella is in the house!

One word..."ROAR!"

Christmas has found the Kotter house.

Graham Cracker Houses

The is nothing like making graham cracker houses at Grandma Mona's house each year.

Aubrey really enjoyed decorating her house.
She actually put more candy on her house than she ate.

Andrew joined in the fun, at least the part of making a mess and eating candy.
The little man loves his M&M's!

Christmas Tree Adventures

We went with our friends, the Breagger's, to cut down our Christmas tree this year. Josh and Heather have a family cabin that we stay at each year. The event of cutting down our Christmas tree is quickly becoming our family tradition. The kids enjoy the adventure and mom and dad enjoy just seeing how big of tree we can chop down this year. We are actually standing in front of the tree we chose this year. No, it's not the big one on the right. It's the skinny one behind us. The tree never looks very big out in the woods until we get it home and we hope it doesn't grace the ceiling. This year our tree was around 11'8". Thank goodness for vaulted ceilings.

Keeping each other warm.

"Really, are you just going to sit me here in the snow?"

Partners in crime.

The JOY of SNOW

The kids had a great time together out in the snow
Katelyn, Logan, Jensen & Ally

Walking in a winter wonderland!

The kids had a great time sledding down the hill
and they enjoyed being pulled by the 4wheeler.
Childhood is calling!

AJ is walking!

Andrew is walking! I realize that the image is sideways but I felt the footage was too priceless not to publish the video. It was my first time recording video on my camera- Enjoy!

Andrew is 14 months old!

Andrew has been taking a few baby steps here and there. He would only walk when he wanted to. He never preformed for us. If we would try to stand him up to walk to us, he would simply just sit down. He is a little man who is on his own time.
We knew it was just a matter of time before he would be walking.

Gardner Village

A day at Gardner Village with the kids.

Katelyn with her best friend, "Witchie-poo"

Aubrey doesn't know if she wants to be friends....

Ah, Witchie my best friend!

Annie and the princess

Aubrey was the princess "Snow White" for Halloween
She makes a beautiful princess!

Katelyn decided to be "Annie" for the ward Halloween party.
Grandma Mona helped us out with the dress-up clothes.
We love Grandma Mona!

"Annie with her dog Sandy"

It was very special to me that Katelyn decided to be "Annie" for Halloween. As a young girl, I loved Annie and I even had a Annie dress and dog Sandy. Our family went to St. George this summer and saw the play. My girls have fallen in love with her, much like their mother. You can often find one of my girls singing songs from the play.
"Tomorrow, Tomorrow - I love you!"
