Disneyland 4

Pixie Hollow
Aubrey loved Pixie Hollow.
She really enjoyed talking to Tinker Bell about her slippers that are made from dandelions.

Aubrey really wanted some cotton candy. So after lunch I bought her a bag.
She sat at the table and ate every last bit of it. I think it was one of the most enjoyable moments of her life!
Heather and I affectionately call this picture, "The Seven Dwarfs"
We had plenty of looks from other families in the park concerning how many children we had.
Heather and I had to laugh at it because we both feel like we don't have large families.

Left to Right: Ally, Holden, Katelyn, Jensen, Logan, Aubrey, and Andrew

The last night as we were walking out of the park, Minnie Mouse spotted Aubrey in the crowd holding her little Minnie Mouse. Minnie ran to Aubrey and kissed her cheek and then used her hands to sign, "I love you."
We will always have happy memories from the happiest place on earth!

Katelyn's Baptism

Another great Daddy-Daughter moment.

Congratulations Katelyn, we are so proud of you!
love, Mom & Dad

Birthday wishes...

It's great to be eight! We spent the day playing games together
and enjoyed some yummy ice cream at Cold Stone for dessert.
Grandma Karen and Grandpa Mustache came to celebrate with us.

Katelyn was welcomed with balloons and presents on her birthday.

Let the celebration begin.

Dave and I had fun decorating Katelyn's room
while she was at Grandma Mona's.
She didn't know what to think when she opened the door
to her room and discovered she couldn't walk through it.

The Magic of Christmas

Early Christmas morning... smile!

AJ got a new puppy from his sisters.

Aubrey loves to play dress-up. Cinderella is in the house!

One word..."ROAR!"

Christmas has found the Kotter house.

Graham Cracker Houses

The is nothing like making graham cracker houses at Grandma Mona's house each year.

Aubrey really enjoyed decorating her house.
She actually put more candy on her house than she ate.

Andrew joined in the fun, at least the part of making a mess and eating candy.
The little man loves his M&M's!

Christmas Tree Adventures

We went with our friends, the Breagger's, to cut down our Christmas tree this year. Josh and Heather have a family cabin that we stay at each year. The event of cutting down our Christmas tree is quickly becoming our family tradition. The kids enjoy the adventure and mom and dad enjoy just seeing how big of tree we can chop down this year. We are actually standing in front of the tree we chose this year. No, it's not the big one on the right. It's the skinny one behind us. The tree never looks very big out in the woods until we get it home and we hope it doesn't grace the ceiling. This year our tree was around 11'8". Thank goodness for vaulted ceilings.

Keeping each other warm.

"Really, are you just going to sit me here in the snow?"

Partners in crime.

The JOY of SNOW

The kids had a great time together out in the snow
Katelyn, Logan, Jensen & Ally

Walking in a winter wonderland!

The kids had a great time sledding down the hill
and they enjoyed being pulled by the 4wheeler.
Childhood is calling!
